LIGHTFIELD SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, WE ASK THAT YOU ADVISE US OF ANY CANCELLATION AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. We regard the sessions that we are providing on the basis of Unconditional Love to all who seek them, as priceless, in that they are often either cumulatively or individually life-changing for the client.
Presently, there is only one Lightfield unit in the world. Despite our most diligent efforts, we are very often unable to fill client session cancellations that occur on less than 48 hours' notice.
If a session is canceled with more than 48 hours notice and you have made a donation online that you would like to relate to a rescheduled session, please contact: scheduling@lightfieldfoundation.com
to reschedule so that you are not prompted for a further donation using our online system.
We hope that you understand the need for this policy. We certainly intend no disrespect or ingratitude with respect to any client finding themselves impacted by this policy. We desire to honor and accommodate all who come as clients and to serve, and we love you all unconditionally.
