Frequently Asked Questions

LIGHTFIELD & GRACE SESSIONS:

What is a session like in the Lightfield unit?
Experiences vary, but a common feature to the experiences is that the client typically feels a sense of peace and revitalization.

How do I get into the Lightfield unit?
After removing shoes and jewelry, the client goes up several steps and then reclines in the Lightfield unit. The unit is then closed and the session begins. Following the Lightfield session, the client walks up the steps o
f and stands in a  technology called Grace for a few minutes.

What is Grace?
Grace is a sister technology to the Lightfield that helps align your chakras. A typical Grace session is 5 to 8 minutes long. Some clients report feeling their body "sway" gently.

How long is a Lightfield session?
In-person appointments are scheduled at an hour and 15 minutes long. This includes a 30 to 45 minute session in Lightfield and a 5 to 8 minute session standing in Grace. The appointment time slot allows for ingress, egress, water and bathroom breaks.

What is a Remote Lightfield session?

A Remote session is when a client sends us their picture, signature, and birth date to place in the Lightfield unit, and a full session commences using the provided information as if the client was actually there in person. At the scheduled appointment time, the client is called over the phone by the operator on duty to answer any questions and to help set an intention for the session. Then the person can sit or lay down quietly wherever they are. Once the session starts, the operator will be on duty holding the space for the clients session as well as be available by phone should the client need anything during their remote session. Once the session is complete, the operator contacts the client to let them know their session is complete. Any time remaining in the appointment can be used to share about the session over the phone, but is not required. A remote session is the same time length as an in-person session. It is recommended for people to drink ample water after their session, even when it is  a remote session.

It happens, we know, but we do require 48 hours advance notice so that we can fill the spot.  Please take a moment to look over our full cancellation policy.

Is there anything else I should know?

Please keep these three things in mind:

  • When you have an appointment made through our self-scheduling system, you will get an automatic e-mail reminder two days ahead of time.

  • We recommend that clients not wear perfumes, cologne or essential oils to sessions. Some clients are sensitive to smells that can linger. We appreciate your cooperation on this.

  • If you are coming with a friend, spouse or family member and will be waiting in the office, you may want to bring a jacket. We keep the room cool for the equipment.
